This is actually the third time I bought this product from Southeastern Medical Supply.  It is a quick and foolproof way to get accurate readings.  We liked it so much we bought one for my mother-in-law, and then had to replace ours when our son soaked it.  Each time the product was in stock as advertised and was shipped promptly and efficiently.  They earned my repeat business.

The product for received in good working order.  It does indicate pulse and oxygen levels.  Having some difficult in recording, storing and down loading data.  User friendly is a challenge but am continuing to work through the process either wireless or down loading stored data.

2 of 5 Good hardware - AWFUL GHASTLY software June 1, 2015

I have owned two of these. Hardware is fine. Software comes on mini-disk which FEW computers can load anymore.  Means a trip to Kinko's to load it.  Apparently the newer  model won't work with same monitoring software as the earlier version, necessitating two versions of software if you use two pulse oximeters.  Calls to tech support put u in touch with non-English speakers, or poor English at best
WE SPENT AT LEAST AN HOUR DISCUSSING DIRECTLY AND FOLLOWING UP WITH THIS CUSTOMER AND PERFORMED SUBSEQUENT FOLLOWUP WITH COMPANY SUPPORT.  THE CASE WAS COMPLICATED BY THE FACT THAT THIS CUSTOMER HAD AN EARLIER VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE OF HIS COMPUTER (AND WANTED TO RUN BOTH THE OLD AND THE NEW VERSIONS) AND ALSO WAS RUNNING THIS pc BASED SOFTWARE ON A APPLE COMPUTER WITH PC EMULATING SOFTWARE.  BUT THE FACT IS THAT WE HAVE BEEN WORKING DILLIGENTLY TO MEET THIS CUSTOMER'S NEEDS

As I write this, the web page has changed. The D model may have been superseded by the E model.

The main unit and its accessories all appear to be very well constructed.

The User Manual is thorough and well written with much attention to detail.

Programming the operation of the unit is exceptionally easy to perform using only a single button.

The alarm feature, the ability to set the threshold, especially for blood oxygen saturation, is well implemented, and is the reason I purchased this unit.

I haven't used the data recording feature yet. The documentation for it, the software to download and display the recorded data, appear to be well implemented. If I use this feature, I will probably update my review to comment on my experience of it.

In summary, this unit is worth every dollar I paid for it. I could not find anything that could compete with it, for quality and features.

I highly recommend this unit.
