This
Powered Stair Climber Transport Chair has
FDA, CE and ISO 9001 Certificates and
safely powers patient weighing up to 350 lb up
and down stairs without carrying or lifting. The motor and electronically controlled track system
carries the weight while reducing transporter fatigue and the chance for injury.
This Battery Powered Chair Stair Stretcher is ideal for replacing chair stretchers that can only be used in a manual lift fashion. For those with ergonomic concerns, this is the way to go.

Note that some manual only stair chairs, such as the Stryker-Pro Chair, sell for twice (>$3,700)) as much as this powered unit. this unit can be utilized in exactly the same manner as a manual chair by having the treads in the up position. The chair also easily rolls when on a flat surface.
A single charge provides about
1.5 Hours of run time which is equivalent to going up and down a 5 Story building flight of stairs 30 times.

The chair is useful for Medical Emergencies, Patient Mobility, Patient Home Care, Evacuations and Hospice. In emergency evacuations, power outages, and daily patient transport the powered chair can safely and easily move a patient or loved one up and down a flight of stairs. It is safer for the patient and the persons handling the patient and is often preferred by medical transport personnel versus the manual two man carry models.

Also some home owners find this chair as a helpful alternative to installing an expensive built in stair lift chair.
The Chair is made of high-strength aluminum alloy materials. The chair is battery operated using a key to turn it on and off. It has adjustable handrails that makes it easy to operate on stairs and on the ground. It is robust, compact and easy to keep clean.
This unit is covered with a One Year Manufacturer's warranty.
Everything Included: MOBI EZ Stair Chair, Battery Charger, Lithium Ion Battery, Headrest, securement straps & more.

We usually keep this unit in stock but due to high demand we occasionally will experience a stock out. If that is the case, we should have a replenishment order on the way and can generally ship within 2 weeks.

IMPORTANT USE INFORMATION :
BEFORE ORDERING NOTE, THIS CHAIR IS NOT SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE OR FOR ALL CONDITIONS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CALL US TOLL FREE AT 844-462-7367 (844-GO2-SEMS).

- CHAIR SHOULD NOT BE USED WITH THE TRACK SYSTEM ON ANY STAIR SURFACE WITH LOOSE CARPETING OR OTHER NON SECURED SURFACE MATERIAL; ADDITIONALLY, IF ANY MATERIAL COVERING THE STAIRS IS "LOOSE" IT WOULD BE HAZARDOUS FOR MANUAL (IE., NON POWERED) TRANSPORT ALSO.
- THE TRANSPORTER (CHAIR OPERATOR) WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO TILT THE CHAIR BACK (WITH THE PATIENT SEATED) ABOUT 30-40% SO THAT THE TRACK CAN INITIALLY REST ON THE STAIR TRENDS TO BEGIN ENGAGEMENT. ONCE IN OPERATION, THE TRANSPORTER'S PRIMARY ROLE WILL BE TO KEEP THE MOVING CHAIR CENTERED ON THE STAIR TREADS (IE., "STEER") AND APPLY A SLIGHT TO MODERATE (DEPENDENT OF THE PATIENT WEIGHT) DOWNWARD FORCE TO KEEP THE CHAIR'S TRACKS ENGAGED ON THE STAIR TREADS. THINK ABOUT 15 TO 30 LBS OF FORCE AS A ROUGH GUIDE. MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR THE ELDERLY.
- ONLY USE ON STAIRS WITH A STANDARD TO MODERATE PITCH, NOT TO EXCEED - A 7 3/4 IN RISE TO A 10 IN RUN.

5 of 5 Mobi Stair climber February 2, 2018
Reviewer: Stephen Greene from Lowell, MA United States
This product meets an important need for my wife who has a serious problem with stairs  and me with helping her to move between floors in our house.  The climber is an excellent solution until we move.
I do rate the product as excellent recognizing that it takes some strength on the part of the operator to control the lift chair especially when there is a small landing in the stair case.
There no question that under the same circumstances, I would purchase this product .
