Great service, except I was told that the new Mq-5500 would come with the upgraded battery, but mine came with the same old as my older machine. That was why I purchased it, to get the better battery.

Compact, performs well, mouthpiece delivers medicine somewhat slowly. Unit is heavy, but fits easily into suitcase of any size. Setup is quick and performs very well on battery or AC.  Battery charge lasts at least 12 hours of use..
