This is is the Asthmanefrin� refill medication. Includes 30 vials of medication.

Asthmanefrin� is an over-the-counter medication for the temporary relief of bronchial asthma, including shortness of breath, tightness of chest and wheezing. Asthmanefrin� can be administered for patients ages four (4) and older. It has been used to safely treat asthma in children and addults for over a hundred years.

This product is to be used as directed with the EZ Breathe atomizer.

• Warnings
• Asthma alert: Because asthma may be life threatening,see a doctor if you:
• Are not better in 20 minutes � Get worse � Need more than 12 inhalations in 24 hours
• Use more than 9 inhalations in 24 hours for 3 or more days a week � Have more than 2 asthma attacks in a week
• These may be signs that your asthma is getting worse.
• Do not use: Unless a doctor said you have asthma
• If you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson�s disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
• If product is brown in color or cloudy
• Ask a doctor before use if you have: Ever been hospitalized for asthma � Heart disease � High blood pressure � Diabetes
• � Thyroid disease � Seizures � Narrow angle glaucoma � A psychiatric or emotional condition � Trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland
• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are: Taking prescription drugs for asthma, obesity, weight control, depression, or psychiatric or emotional conditions � Taking any drug that contains phenylephrine, pseudoephedrine,ephedrine, or caffeine (such as for allergy, cough-cold, or pain)
• Stop use and ask a doctor if: Your asthma is getting worse (See Asthma alert) � You have difficulty sleeping � You have a rapid heartbeat � You have tremors, nervousness, or seizure when using this product:
• Your blood pressure or heart rate may go up. This could increase your risk of heart attack or stroke, which may cause death.
• Your risk of heart attack or stroke increases if you: Have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease Take this product more frequently or take more than the recommended dose.
• Avoid foods or beverages that contain caffeine
• Avoid dietary supplements containing ingredients reported or claimed to have a stimulant effect.
• If pregnant or breast feeding, ask a health professional before use.
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

An RGA form will be issued with an RGA number. Issuance of an RGA is not issuance of credit and credit will only be issued per the applicable terms of this policy.

All concealed damage product returns must have a corresponding RGA that has been signed and faxed back to NPC. Once the RGA has been signed and faxed back, a call tag will be issue within the next 5 business days.

Terms of the Return Goods Policy:
Any product purchased (directly or indirectly) must be returned to NPC. NPC product that was purchased indirectly, and returned to wholesalers or distributors will not be eligible for return credit, or a refund. NPC reserves the right to refuse credit when returned through alternate channels.

NPC reserves the sole right to determine whether product is eligible for credit, return or refund. NPC�s actual count of returned products will be final. By returning product to NPC, you are authorizing NPC as your agent to destroy any returned product, without payment or additional action.

Any product that has been purchased outside of the United States, through unauthorized agents, will not be eligible for refund or
credit. Unless product has been purchased directly from NPC or through an authorized distributor of record (ADR), product will not
be considered for credit.
Credit value will equal the lowest WAC price, less any promotional discounts or shelf stock adjustments associated with the returned product, unless the product was purchased at a direct contract price from NPC or by an authorized distributor (ADR).

Direct customers are eligible for credit to be applied against account activity outstanding. Indirect customers will receive refunds, via check. Any and all credits provided in relation to this policy are only valid if redeemed within one year of origination. All credits not redeemed within one year of origination shall be null and void.

Credit will be submitted directly to the customer within sixty (60) days after receipt of an approved return. Unauthorized deductions for returned merchandise will not be accepted.

Any transportation fees, (including prepaid freight and/or insurance) are the sole responsibility of the customer.



Directions
DO NOT USE MORE THAN DIRECTED. Each ingredient is used in an aqueous solution at a concentration equivaleto 1 percent epinephrine. For use in an atomizer (i.e., EZ Breathe Atomizer). Add 0.5 ml (contents of one vial) of solution to atomizer. Adults and children 4 years of age and over: 1 to 3 inhalations not more often than every 3 hours.

Do not use more than 12 inhalations in 24 hours.

The use of this product by children should be supervised by an adult. Children under four years of age: ask a doctor.

How Supplied: Asthmanefrin TM Racepinephrine Inhalation Solution, USP 2.25% is supplied in 0.5 mL sterile vials. NDC 0487-2784-01 30 vials, each vial in an individual foil pouch. NDC 0487-2784-10 10 vials, each vial in an individual foil pouch and 1 EZ Breathe Atomizer.

Inactive Ingredients Ascorbic acid, citric acid, edetate disodium, water for injection.
